Spur Line to #9

Oct 14
Written by Claudia Guilford

This spur line was approximately one mile long, connecting the main rail line to the No. 9 mine for hauling coal and supplies.  The rock dump and the former entry for the No. 9 Mine can be seen from Swiftwater Cellars, located within Suncadia Resort’s property.
